Plotting fluxes when using PDE, coefficient form

I'm solving the pressure 'p' using two different lubrication-type equations joined by the internal boundary y=0, across which I let the flux be constant. I would now like to accurately plot the normal flux along this boundary, and can't see how to do this. The formula for the flux is different on either side of the boundary (dp/dy is discontinuous as a result) so I can't just type the formula in the 'domain plot parameters' tool I usually would for this sort of thing.
