Volume of fluid Method (VOF) for free surface simulation (fluid-fluid)

I am not sure whether COMSOL is able to simulate the flux of gas and liquid through a packed bed reactor (i.e. column filled with sphere particles).

There are some papers in the literature that simulate these problems by using VOF method (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volume_of_fluid_method).

Unfortunately, it seems that VOF method is not implemented in COMSOL. The main reason why I would like to the use of VOF inestead of an Euler-Euler approach is due to its preservation of a sharp boundary between immiscible fluids and computations of surface tension.

Any ideas?

Thanks
