Black graphics interface& software outo exit

Hello guys,
I'm experiencing a black graphic interface with my comsol version 4.3a,whenever i try to open a model the graphic is black and it does not display.my OS: WINS7,64bit .I tried to reinstall comsol but still the problem exists.
Another problem i'm having is that the software auto exit....
Any help from you will be appreciated.
