Hello COMSOL Community,

You are invited to join us tomorrow at 2:00 pm EDT for a free webinar showcasing the new features of COMSOL Multiphysics 4.3b!

We’re excited to have Bjorn Sjodin, VP of Product Management, demonstrate the software. At the end of the webinar, Bjorn will answer audience questions in a live Q&A session.

To register, visit www3.gotomeeting.com/register/634995190

Do you have questions about 4.3b? Don't hesitate to ask them during the webinar!

The new capabilities will allow you to:
* Geometry and Mesh – Make quick what-if studies in 2D on 3D model cross-sections, use the increased automated swept meshing capabilities, and define anisotropic material properties in curved geometric shapes with the curvilinear coordinate system tool.
* Interfacing and Productivity – Benefit from the One Window Interface with LiveLink™ for Inventor®, and new updates in LiveLink™ for Excel®.
* Electrical – Utilize the new magnetics solver, periodic structures for electromagnetic waves feature, and new electrical contact feature.
* Mechanical – Simulate bolt pre-tension and beam cross-section analysis, cumulative damage for fatigue analysis, multi-wavelength surface-to-surface heat radiation, and heat transfer with phase change.
* Fluid – Model CFD applications with the frozen rotor feature, thin screen feature, SST turbulence model and a new solver.
* Chemical – Represent thin walls as interior boundaries with the new thin impermeable barrier for mass transport.

Hope to see you there,
Valerio
