Hi,
I have two questions:

1)what kind of strategies can I use to attack a strip of flexible polymer on a cylindrical surface?

2)Can I measure the length of portions of curves whose design geometry in the space?

Hi

probably with qa combination of Geometry + work plane + Helix + Sweep

you can measure with the ruler icon on the graphics, select domain, boundary edge or point for element ID to measure on

Good luck
