Seriously sick pre-conditioner.

While performing 3D fluid topology optimization, an error occurred: "Solution not found. At velocity u, pressure p. Severe pathological preconditioner. The returned solution does not converge. Not all parameter steps were returned." How should this error's be solved? What does the severe pathological preconditioner stand for?

Hi

Does the problem happen immediately for the first iteration? It could be that you are using a Fully Coupled solver, when a Segregated approach would be better.
