Inverted mesh element warning / error.

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi all,

I'm new to comsol and trying to run the electrostatically actuated beam tutorial. I follow all the instructions and then when I run the simulation, I get 4 inverted mesh element warnings that are not in my simulation space. Then I get an out of memory error that shuts the simulation down.

I opened the electrostatic beam model which simulates just fine. I'm not sure how mine is different from the saved model. Any suggestions on how to fix the inverted mesh element errors?

Thanks.
