how to solve for complex valued eigenfrequencies or wave vector, leaky mode

Hello, I would like to solve the complex valued eigenfrequencies , say 100THz for example,in the bandgap of a grating strucutre, so that I could calculate the scattering efficiency by and get a similar mode plot in the submitted PNG. But comsol do not solve for leaky mode. Does anyone know how to solve it? Thank for your help.
