Eigenfrequency solve for specify frequency

Hello guys,
In Li Mo's new published paper (Lidar) on Nature, the eigenfrequency solver solve the optical eigenfrequency 
. When I try to reproduce that, I cannot solve for the specificy wavelength, say 1.55um. The problem may be the eigenfrequency at 1.55 was too lossy, or some reason I dont know. If you know how to solve it, please tell me. Thanks in advance.
