Oxygen uptake into Ti 6Al 4V

Hi together,
I want to simulate the oxygen uptake from Ti 6Al 4V during the Laser Material Deposition process. Therefore, I have to create a heat source, which creates a melt pool on the substrate surface. Moreover, I want to give oxygen simulation from COMSOL (or oxygen measurement data) as an input into simulation. Do you know which physics I have to include to solve this problem and how I have to set up the model?
