Calculation of Contact Area between two Surfaces

The calculation method given in this link can no longer be used. The hemispherical elastic material deforms after being pressed by the steel plate. Is there a method to calculate the contact area between the elastic material surface and the steel plate?

Instead of integrating the expression '1', which would give the whole area of a boundary, you can integrate an expression like 'incontact_p1'. This is a boolean variable which has the value 1 where the contact condition is fulfilled and 0 outside. The suffix 'p1' is the name of the contact pair.
