How to set the pressure of vacuum in the SPF module

HeIIo,everyone. I'm new to comsol and recently I' m simulating the gas into a chamber through a long hollow fiber.I choose the SPF module and the initial condition of the system is vacuum.The inlet conditon is constant pressure inlet and I want to get the time-dependent chamber pressure.Now the problem is that at the setting of the fluid properties , if I set the Pre=1[atm] I can get the result but not correct;if disable the Pre or set the Pre a very low pressure,comsol presents the mod.p isn't defined.So I want to konw how to set the pressure of vacuum.Your comments and answers are welcomed and appreciated.Thank you.
