Joule Heating in a Bolt - to small heat distribution

Hello;
That are my first steps with Comsol, so thanks very much for any suggestions.

I'm trying to simulate Joule heating in a bolt. I apply a terminal boundary of 42A on the copper block that simulates the wire, and a contact resistance between the block (wire) and the bolt. I also apply some power loss due convective cooling, and radiation. I want to see the temperature distribution, but in my opinion, i have somewhere a mistake.
The suspected problem is that the distribution is to low beetween the terminal and the ground.

I'm very thankful for any suggestion.

Hi

for me it looks like you have missed the material selection for copper. The easiest is to select the first material (the one that is the most common in your model) and let all domains be defned with this material. Then you add additional materials and select specifically the domains applicable, this wil "override" the first material definition. When I loaded the model your copper material was not set correctly

Many thanks for you reply.
Unfortunately after Your post I've oriented that I have attach the wrong version of model (one of many work version). Please excuse my mistake. Now I'm attaching the final correct Version. Please excuse taking unnecessary your time.

To precise my problem: are the boundary's that are set-up in the model all that are needed for a correct solving of the problem, or am I missing something ? I still have the suspicion that the heat distribution between the terminal and the ground is to small (I unfortunately don't have real measurement results for this model to compare).

Mr. Ivar could you please check if in the final model everything is set-up properly from the boundary configuration side ? As a specialist in the field of physics do You think the heat distribution is OK for the model (the main material of the contact is a brass alloy) ?
