Add an ode to the Richards Equation model

How do I add an ode w.r.t a variable (not time or space) to the ricarhds equation model? My ode dependent variable is dl.Se (effective stauration from the richards equation) and independent variable is S (which is neither space or time)?
d(dl.Se)/ds = c (any constant)
If I have to use the weak contribution, then how does it look like?
