Adaptive mesh in 4.2a

I am solving a couple of reaction diffusion equations in 2D, I used new versions 4.2a with adaptive mesh refinement
and Mathematics, Coefficient form PDE.
In geometry, i used square with side length 200.
comsol solved this problem for parameters =1, when i try to solve it for small parameter=0.01,
it is not converging and give message out of memory when I use : user control mesh, extremely fine and for extra fine the solution is not convergent at all.
Could you help me please.
