Boundary conditions w/ Navier Stokes module

I am using the Navier Stokes module and am setting a Wall, Slip condition at a boundary. However, I would like to have non-zero normal velocity at this boundary, but the default is zero. Is there some way to override the default normal velocity boundary condition?

I assume by normal, you mean an outward facing normal? If so you could try the leaking wall condition and specify the outward flux.
