Plug Formation

I'm new to Comsol and was hoping that someone my be able to help me out. What I would like to do is to have two-phase flow, with a plug of liquid being buffered by another liquid. Ideally the plug would enter a channel buffered by the other liquid. I have the two-phase laminar flow set up but I don't know how to get the plug formation or any fluid to flow in the channel. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
