How to calculate stray inductance in a power electronic module?

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi all,
i need to measure stray inductance of an IGBT module. How can i do it? i selected the physics law of quasi-statics, electromagnetic---> Electric induction currents.

i selected boundary:
magnetic --> insulation

electric--> insulation.

interior boundary--> continuity.

one side is --> inward current flow in A/m²

another side----> groung.

but i am getting an error notic, Error:6177, matrix has no diagonal.

could you please give me some ideas to solve it?

Regards,

Rashed
