Thermal Contact Resistance in 3D modeling

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,

I'm trying to define thermal contact resistance in a 3D model. One way to do it is to define surface roughness and contact pressure. Are there any other way to force the thermal contact resistance to a value? I'm trying to do reduce the thermal conductivity of one side to increase the thermal contact resistance which is not ideal.

Bests, Aria
