Creating an AC current (Frequency Domain)

Hello!

Im currently trying to create an ac current in frequency domain and I am having trouble.

What im trying to do is something very simple. Have a block that is made up of copper and flow an ac current through this box through 1 axis (lets say x direction)

Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you
