Large models

Hi, I want to simulate a piezo transducer of 55MHz. Due to high frequency I need very dense mesh and model need more than a day even on Linux server. Would some body please help me out to deal with such a large models

Hi

I'm afraid its not much to do other than to find ways to simplify the model, by using symmetry, or replacing 3D physics by thin layer 2D ones

I am already using 2D axisymmetric model. When I decreased the value maximum size of element in Mesh node, COMSOL automatically crashes and gets exit. But for less resolution of meshing, problem gets solved.
Would you suggest me any solver for large number of calculations and also about meshing. I need 10 elements per wavelength.
