Apply both Neuman and Dirichlet BCs in Coefficient PDE

Hi all I am solving a 3D elastic problem using Coefficient PDE form, and my independent is displacement field u(ux,uy,uz). At the 2 faces have normal vector in x-direction. I gonna apply BCs like:
uz = uy = 0 and dux/dx = 0. Using Dirichlet for the first one. The second looks like Neumanm. But the problem is that when Dirichlet was applied for these faces, the status of these face in the in Zero Flux is " overwritten ". In this case, the BC dux/dx can not be implemented I think. So, how can i do that ? Please help me. It is really important to me.
