pressure dependent fick's diffusion

In the convection diffusion equation in PDE we have the equation
da (du/dt) + ∇⋅ (-c∇u ) + β⋅ ∇u = f
with u as dependent variable.
the question is if we choose u as pressure, what will be the c ?
I did some tests taking c as the permeability K (in kg/m2/s/Pa) and it fits somehow the hand calculation.
any help will be highly appreciated.
