Model bubbles in microfluidic structure and model interaction with wall

Dear All,

I'm currently trying to model a microfluidic structure consisting of snake like tubes (view attached photo). For optimization puposes:

Question 1:
I wanted to model see the effect of the walls material ( here PDMS) on the flow of the fluid. How do I do that ? I could manage to use the level set method two phase flow with success, but it doesn't include the effect of the walls. The only option that can be set and that I found is the angle of the fluid flow with the flow.

Question 2:
How can I represent initial presence of air bubbles inside the microfluidic channel, in a chosen places?
This is to ensure that in case of presence of air bubbles, they will be ejected when we inject fluid.

I thank you in advance for your help. I'm really struggeling here.

And also, I'm having an issue with the inlet. When I choose "velocity" instead of "pressure" the simulation doesn't compute at all !
Do you have any insight on this?
