associated PDE simulation

hi, I am currently simulating 4PDE diffusion-reaction model. How could I know whether they will be associated with each other during simulation? Because in my recent simulation, the simulation results were not reasonable. Is there any possibility these PDE equations are not associated during simulation or there are some limitation for the 4 or more PDE simulation? thanks
