Hey! I am working on a multi stack cantilever. Any body tell me how can I calculate Young's Modulus of Multilayer cantilever? I am using 5 layers i.e. Si, SiO2,Al,ZnO,Al. Please Help.

Did you get the solution for this? I am using 3 layers and want to check the varying frequency response with each layer addition.
