Why are some Diffusion Coefficients not corrected for Porous Media?

I am using the Tertiary Current Distribution for a Porous Electrode, and I noticed in the Equation View that the Diffusion Coefficients for some of my species are not corrected as per the chosen correction. This isn't valid and I want to understand why this is the default choice. I have attached a link to the screenshot (insert image feature seems to be broken).

Can someone from the COMSOL team clarify this?
