Error on Cluster Computing

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello,

I am trying to run a transient, 3D thermal problem in COMSOL. The input is the heat loss calculated in the 2D axisymmetry model in another component of the same file. This loss is mapped in 3D geometry using a general extrusion.

When I run this file on Windows desktop, it runs fine. However, when I try to run it on the cluster facility, the error pops up saying 'Internal error in solution merge'. The log file is attached here. I am using v5.3a.

What is the issue and how should I fix it?

Regards,
