CPW simulation

i am solving rf analysis of coplanar wave guide. i have designed the geometry of coplanar wave guide in 3D. study type is frequency domain. In my design substrate is silicon, above that three conductors(coplanar waveguide) deposited. among the three conductors, i gave ports(rectangular) to both end of the center conductor. CPW material is copper. After computing this module the result is in the center conductor the signal is passed fully, i need the help that how to solve this problem and calculate S-parameters for CPW at particular frequency?
