How to extract curve datas from Comsol

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi everyone,
I am currently doing a 1D heating model, and I've got curve results.
I can't find where are the datas that have abled Comsol to plot it (I've been looking everywhere!), and so I can't find how to extract those as I don't know where they are. The "results" field beyond the curves is empty.
Help please!
Thank you,
Benoit

Hi

read the doc about the results section:

you have the "Data Set" where COMSOL stores the actual data bases, and you can extract new partial data bases by interpolating on a line, boundary domain ... and then you can export these db or part thereof, in the export node you need to define which variable formula or combination of variables you desire to export, the interpolation method, if any (default 2nd order I believe pls check) etc

This applies for all dimensions in more or less the same way

Good luck

Thanks, I had not noticed that I had to say what variable I wanted to extract, Thank you very much!
