about the reference concentration of the electrolyte in the porous electrode reaction in the porous electrode

hello: In the 5.4 version of the lithium-ion battery module, the reference concentration of the electrolyte in the porous electrode reaction in the porous electrode is 1 [mol/m3], but the reference concentration in the 5.6 version is changed to 1000 [mol/m3]. The change of the reference concentration will affect the polarization of the battery. What is the reason for this change? What is the rationale behind it? When the model is built, what is the sentence of the reference concentration setting?

the green line is 1[mol/m3] of reference concentration ,the another one is 1000[mol/m3]
