Comsol 4.1 with Matlab installation

I am not really sure if I have installed the software correctly but I think so. I do not have a Comsol with Matlab icon on my desktop. I have tried another approach by opening the comsol server. I saved a comsol model as an .m-file and then in Matlab I typed:

addpath path
mphstart
import com.comsol.model.*

which worked fine but an error message appeared when i typed:

import com.comsol.model.util*
??? Error using ==> import
Import argument 'com.comsol.Plate.util*' cannot be found or cannot be imported.

Does anyone know the problem?
