Lumped Port Impedance

I'm trying to figure out how COMSOL calculates the lumped port impedance? For my model, it did not make much sense. So I tried creating a simple 50 Ohm transmission line. Center conductor, dielectric, ground shield, with a lumped port excited on the input and a passive port on the exit. Instead of giving me a 50 Ohm impedance, it gives me a very non-believable 2000 Ohms....
