Nerve model (Fitzhug-Nagumo) with Customized Differential Equation

I'm trying to implement Fitzhugh-Nagumo's Model (Propagating Wave) in Comsol. For that,
I need to define an electric potential with the equations:

du3/dS = c*u3 + u2 - f(u1)

du1/dS = u1

du2/dS = (e*(u1-g*u2))/c

where S = x + c*t

I want to feed the solution u3 as a boundary condition itself. The problem is that I'm not differetiating
respect to time t, but respect to S, that is a function both, of space and time. This seems to be imposible
using the standard Mathematics-Physics PDE tools; it has a bounch of PDE forms, but all of them use t as the
differentiating variable.

It would be perfect if I could find any way that enables me to define the equations just as they are written,
either in a customized fashion or find the appropiate option in the program.

Is there any way to implement this in COMSOL?

Thanks in advance,
Johann
