turbulent fluid simulation errors

Hi,

I´m trying to simulate a cold plate with some heat generation on the top of it. (that is transferred to the cold plate) I´m using the module:
heat transfer module-->fluid thermal interaction-->Turbulent non isothermal flow kw.

My problem is that when I try to run the model I have this error:

Failed to evaluate variable.
- Variable: qwf_htgh

- Boundaries: 558,559,560,561,562,563,564,565,566,567, ...

- Variable: q0_htgh2

If somebody knows why this error shows up, please let me know. Thanks in advance!
